外企面試通常包括三輪: 第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官;第二輪面試一般由用人部門的主管或經理主持;如果有必要的話,應聘者還要參加由公司高層管理者擔任主考官的第三輪面試。

在第一輪面試中,主考官一般會讓應聘者用英語進行自我介紹,然后就應聘者目前的工作、所應聘的職位、應聘者的職業(yè)規(guī)劃、薪水期望、個性特征等提問。在第二輪面試中,主考官通常會就應聘者的專業(yè)技術、業(yè)務能力、解決問題能力、團隊精神、時間管理能力、抗壓能力等方面提問。在第三輪面試中,主考官一般會考察應聘者對所應聘公司的文化、政策、業(yè)務、發(fā)展前景等方面的了解情況。

本文關注的是面試中出現的常規(guī)難題,筆者將對這些問題進行全面剖析,并提供相應的參考回答。

主考官往往會通過問及應聘者目前工作的一些情況,譬如其職責范圍、所遇到的問題、所取得的成就等, 來了解應聘者是否適合他所應聘的職位。因此,應聘者應當就如何回答這些問題做好充分準備?;卮饐栴}時,要實事求是,同時盡可能突出自己具備應聘職位所需的條件。

1???? 簡單提及應聘者目前所在公司的缺陷,譬如缺乏晉升機會、沒有進一步發(fā)展的空間等,但要注意點到為止。然后應重點強調所應聘公司的優(yōu)勢,如企業(yè)文化、規(guī)模、名譽、培訓機會等。

2???? 強調所應聘職位的優(yōu)勢,如具有挑戰(zhàn)性和較大發(fā)展空間等。

3???? 強調應聘職位符合自己的興趣。

4???? 說明自己能為所應聘職位和公司做出有價值的貢獻。

Well, the company where I’m working is not bad. The problem is that my job responsibilities are rather routine and secretarial. I like challenges, therefore, I hope to move on and get a more challenging job so that I can use my initiative. 03 職業(yè)規(guī)劃

對于職業(yè)規(guī)劃的問題,應聘者可以從以下兩方面來組織回答。

1???? 為自己設置一個目標或規(guī)定一個發(fā)展方向。應該注意的一點是:所設置的目標一定是可以實現的,而非虛無縹緲的幻想。

2???? 以實例闡述自己將如何實現這一目標,如參加培訓、向同事學習等。回答問題時應突出自己積極向上的心態(tài),并充分使用例證使自己的回答具有說服力。

參考回答

I see myself moving up through marketing analysis into brand management and eventually running a department. 04 薪資期望

What salary would you expect for this job?

應答思路

對于這一問題,應聘者一般應采取盡量模糊的方式或避免回答。可以利用以下兩種回答來應付主考官:“I’m aware of the range in the marketplace. I’m sure you’ll come up with a most appropriate offer that will be based on my background and ability.”“ I would expect some increase from my existing salary. I feel con?dent that a company like yours wil come up with a good offer.”

如果主考官刨根問底,應聘者可以報一個大概的薪酬范圍,可以說:“I have looked at several sources of wage information. A position like this one typical y makes between $40,000 and $45,000 a year. Does that ?t in with your salary range?” 當然,如果應聘者確實具備優(yōu)勢的話,也可以通過反問主考官,變被動為主動,這時可以參考以下回答。
