Ⅰ.核心學習：It's Not My Job! 那不是我的工作！

Michael: Billy, is your computer working this morning?
邁克爾：比利，今天上午你的計算機工作嗎？

Billy: Not really. I can't print my analysis report.
比利：不工作。我打印不了我的分析報告。

Michael: My computer won't print either.
邁克爾：我的計算機也不打印。

Billy: We should call the IT department.
比利：我們應該給IT部打電話。

Michael: Maybe we can work out the problem by ourselves?
邁克爾：也許我們可以自己解決這個問題？

Billy: No way! That's not my job!
比利：沒門！那不是我的工作！

Michael: Sometimes you have to do things that are not part of your job description.
邁克爾：有時候你得做你職位描述之外的事情。

Billy: I don't agree - my remuneration is based on my own job performance.
比利：我不同意－我的報酬是按照我分內(nèi)的工作表現(xiàn)來支付的。

Michael: That's true, but remember this is a team effort and everybody has to help out.
邁克爾：那是真的，不過記住這是團隊的工作，每一個人都得幫忙。
