Michael: The Human Resources officer was looking for you this morning.
邁克爾：今天早上人力資源部的官員在找你。

Billy: Thanks, Michael. I just saw her in her office.
比利：謝謝，邁克爾。我剛去了她的辦公室。

Michael: What did she want? Are you getting a raise or the sack?

Billy: Neither! She wanted me to sign some worker's compensation forms.

Michael: What is worker's compensation?

Billy: Well, if you are injured during work time, the company will pay all of your medical costs.

Michael: Does the company actually pay or do they have some sort of insurance?

Billy: Most companies have workers compensation insurance to protect their employees.

Michael: That sounds like a very sensible idea.
