《金剛狼3：殊死一戰(zhàn)》講述：2029年，世界上的變種人幾乎被消滅殆盡，X戰(zhàn)警已經(jīng)解散。身心疲憊的暮狼羅根自愈因子逐漸消失，整天飲酒度日，并靠當司機生活，他在墨西哥邊境隱居照顧著飽受病痛折磨的查爾斯·澤維爾。某天，一位陌生女子讓羅根去載一個叫勞拉·金尼的女孩去加拿大邊境，一開始羅根拒絕了，但查爾斯·澤維爾一直在等著這個女孩的出現(xiàn)，因為勞拉·金尼擁有超強的戰(zhàn)斗力，而且在許多方面都很像金剛狼。她被一個強大公司雇傭兵的捕殺，因為她的DNA里有著連接羅根的秘密，由此一場無休止的追捕開始。
