大部分的面試官喜歡根據(jù)簡歷的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行提問。所以， 在面試之前， 務(wù)必要根據(jù)簡歷預(yù)測(cè)自己可能被問到的問題。

　　面試官的提問通常會(huì)按照以下思路進(jìn)行：
　　(1) 請(qǐng)你對(duì)簡歷上的信息進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充，比如：
　　● 要求你補(bǔ)充“目的why”：研究生為什么要學(xué)通訊工程?為什么給自己起了這個(gè)名字?為什么要從工商銀行辭職?
　　● 要求你補(bǔ)充“過程how”：你是怎么拿到思科贊助的?你是怎么樣工作才被評(píng)選為“優(yōu)秀員工”的?你英語6級(jí)口語考試是優(yōu)秀，那你是怎么學(xué)英語的?
　　● 要求你補(bǔ)充“結(jié)果outcome”：這個(gè)活動(dòng)對(duì)你產(chǎn)生了什么影響?
　　(2) 置疑簡歷中所提供的“自夸”信息，比如：
　　●你在簡歷中寫自己在300人中被選中參與這個(gè)活動(dòng)，你怎么知道有300人競爭呢?你認(rèn)為自己憑什么被選中的呢?
　　●你說自己獲得領(lǐng)導(dǎo)好評(píng)，是在什么場(chǎng)合下被如何評(píng)價(jià)的?
　　●你說自己的性格特別適合做市場(chǎng)，你為什么這么覺得?
　　●你認(rèn)為自己適合做銷售，那么你有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)嗎?
　　(3) 把簡歷上提供的信息與工作結(jié)合進(jìn)行提問，比如：
　　●你家在北京，那你能去外地長駐嗎?
　　●你是女孩，那你能經(jīng)常出差嗎?
　　●你說自己的創(chuàng)新能力很強(qiáng)，可是這份工作是很細(xì)節(jié)的，你怎么看?
　　下面按照簡歷的一般順序，列舉了面試官最經(jīng)常提出的一些問題。
　　一、“求職意向”可能引發(fā)的提問
　　1. 你為什么對(duì)這個(gè)職位感興趣?why are you interested in this post?
　　2. 你認(rèn)為這個(gè)職位的要求是什么?what do you think are the requirements for this post?
　　3. 你為什么覺得自己適合這個(gè)職位?why do you think you’re qualified for this post?
　　4. 你對(duì)這個(gè)職位的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展怎么看?你覺得自己五年的計(jì)劃是什么?what do you think the long term development of this post will be? where do you think you will be in terms of your professional development in five years?
　　5. 你為什么對(duì)這些職位感興趣呢?人力資源和外貿(mào)，在你的概念中很相似嗎?why are you interested in these jobs? do you think hr and foreign trading are similar jobs?(備注：有不少應(yīng)聘者的求職意向填寫了數(shù)個(gè)職位， 所以可能會(huì)引發(fā)面試官的這個(gè)提問。)
　　二、“個(gè)人信息”可能引發(fā)的提問
　　6. 你的中文名字有什么含義么?what’s the meaning of your chinese name?(備注： 只有名字比較奇特的應(yīng)聘者才會(huì)遇到這個(gè)問題。)
　　7. 你的英文名字是什么意思?what’s the meaning of your english name?(備注： 只有古怪的英文名字才會(huì)引發(fā)這個(gè)提問。如果你的名字是angel, tracy之類的大眾名字， 絕對(duì)不會(huì)引發(fā)面試官的提問。)
　　8. 你家是湖北的，沒有想過回湖北找工作嗎?父母親都在那邊吧?your hometown is in hubei, so don’t you want to work there? are your parents still living there?
　　回答示范：湖北的工作機(jī)會(huì)相對(duì)來說比廣州少得多， 所以我沒有考慮過要回去。我父母一輩子都在湖北，我想，即使我將來定居廣州，他們也不會(huì)過來的，兩個(gè)人來過一次廣州，整天抱怨東西貴， 連吃早餐都舍不得， 呵呵!there are less jobs available in my hometown hubei than in guangzhou, so i’ve never planned to go back. my parents, however, spent all their life there and probably won’t come here to join me, even after i settle down in guangzhou. when they came here last time, they kept complaining how expensive everything is, and even a simple breakfast is too expensive for them! hehe!
　　9. 你生在北京長在北京，也就是說，你只想留在北京，不能去別的地方工作了?you grew up in beijing, does it mean you only want to work here? you don’t want to go to any other places to work?
　　回答示范： 那倒不是，我選擇的是公司，并不在乎工作地點(diǎn)。諾基亞讓我去哪里工作都可以， 外省，周邊郊縣，無所謂。no, i choose the company, not the work place. i would love to go anywhere nokia sends me, other provinces, or suburban areas. i don’t mind.
　　10. 你是黨員啊，為什么要入黨?怎么入的黨?做了黨員對(duì)你有什么影響?you are a communist party member. why did you choose to join? how did you join? what impact does the membership have on you?(備注：完全沒有必要隱藏自己的黨員身份，即使你是在外企面試。)
　　回答示范： 學(xué)校會(huì)選擇一些品學(xué)兼優(yōu)的學(xué)生入黨，所以黨員身份意味著我在學(xué)生時(shí)代的良好表現(xiàn)。對(duì)于我來說，黨員身份提醒著我更自律。你知道，總不能給這個(gè)榮譽(yù)抹黑吧。the school chooses those students who are excellent both in study and campus activities to join the communist party. for me, the membership shows my excellcent performance as a student, reminds me of self-discipline, you know, i can’t dishonor it.
　　11. 你有男朋友嗎?do you have a boyfriend?(備注：的確有中國面試官詢問這個(gè)頗令人尷尬的問題!一般來說，這樣的面試官喜歡直來直去的候選人，你不妨如實(shí)相告。)
　　三、 “教育”可能引發(fā)的提問
　　12. 為什么選擇了這所大學(xué)?why did you choose to go to this school?(備注：只有某些特殊的學(xué)校會(huì)引發(fā)這個(gè)問題，比如說國際關(guān)系學(xué)院，或者青年政治學(xué)院等等。)
　　13. 為什么選擇這個(gè)專業(yè)?what made you choose this major?
　　14. 你的成績?cè)趺礃?跟別的同學(xué)相比呢?how is your study compared with other students?
　　15. 你的成績比較好，你是怎么做到的?you study well, and how do you manage that?
　　16. 你喜歡什么課程，不喜歡什么課程?what courses do you like most, and dislike most?
　　17. 你的成績單上有不及格的記錄，為什么會(huì)這樣?you failed this test, and why?(備注： 只有極少數(shù)要求應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生提供成績單的招聘單位會(huì)問到這個(gè)問題。)
　　回答示范：不及格是因?yàn)槲覜]有重視那門課程，因?yàn)槲矣X得課程很不實(shí)用，很空洞，所以產(chǎn)生了逆反心理。其實(shí)的確不是因?yàn)槲也徽J(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)，那一年，我別的成績很好。(或者說，那一年我做了很多的兼職。)i failed that test simply because i didn’t take it seriously. i felt the course was empty and a total waste of time, so i wanted to protest against it by not studying it. i regret it now but regret doesn’t help. please don’t misunderstand that i’m an irresponsible student, i did quite well in other tests that year. (or i held quite a lot of part-time jobs that year.)
　　18. 你為什么選擇這個(gè)第二專業(yè)?why did you select this as your second major?
　　19. 為什么不考研? you haven’t planned to get a master’s degree?
　　20. 你讀研究生是保送的嗎?什么條件能獲得報(bào)送?are you a school-sponsored postgraduate? how does one qualify for a school-sponsored postgraduate?
　　回答示范：對(duì)，是這樣，我保送是因?yàn)槲页煽兪乔?%，前15%的學(xué)生都可以保送。yes, you are right. i didn’t need to take the exams because i ranked top 5% in my class. the top 15% could go to postgraduate school without taking exams.
