2013年度青少年選擇獎今天正式揭曉！這次頒獎禮由《歡樂合唱團》的Darren Criss和《美少女的謊言》的Lucy Hale將一起主持。

電影方面，此前七項提名領跑的《暮光之城4：破曉（下）》將七個獎項全部收入囊中，由小魔女艾瑪·沃特森主演的電影《壁花少年》也獲得了三項大獎。

電視劇方面，美麗的女主持Lucy Hale出演的《美少女的謊言》獲得四項大獎，《吸血鬼日記》獲得三項大獎，該劇兩位主演、已經(jīng)分手的情侶伊恩·薩默海爾德和妮娜·杜波夫也都收獲獎項。最感動瞬間莫過于《歡樂合唱團》演員麗婭·米雪兒含淚發(fā)表獲獎感言，紀念去世的男友科里·蒙蒂思。

音樂方面方面，泰勒·斯威夫特、黛米·洛瓦托、賈斯丁·比伯和小破團One Direction均獲獎。
