滬江英樂(lè) G.C 成立于2001年,MELL加入樂(lè)隊(duì)成功翻唱了Moonlight Shadow，樂(lè)隊(duì)初露鋒芒.后來(lái)MELL懷孕，期間樂(lè)隊(duì)找到了18歲的Verena，Verena的加入鞏固了G.C的實(shí)力，也確定了樂(lè)隊(duì)唱英文歌曲的路線。隨后Lou Bega 加盟并創(chuàng)作了“God is a Girl“，這首歌使的Verena和DJ Novus獲得了極大的成功。于是MELL在歇完產(chǎn)假后又回到了前臺(tái)。之后樂(lè)隊(duì)推出了"Poison"，而這首歌在全球許許多多的國(guó)家的排行榜上名列前茅，然后是“7 years and 50 days”樂(lè)隊(duì)又獲得了極大的成功。
