Hard to tell.It could be the name of a magazine.難說，可能是一本雜志名。
Could be.或許是。
Might be.可能是。
I couldn’t say.我說不準(zhǔn)。
I can’t be sure.我說不準(zhǔn)。
I can’t decide.我說不準(zhǔn)。
I really can’t tell.我真的說不準(zhǔn)。
Hard to tell.很難說。
