President Barack Obama says he's not opposed to pushing the current health care bill through with no Republican votes. Senate John McCain denounced a tactics in Thursday's health care summit, even though his party used it when they were in control.

An autopsy has revealed that SeaWorld trainer Dawn Brancheau probably died from multiple traumatic injuries and drowning. A killer whale grabbed Brancheau by her pony tail and pulled her into a pool on Wednesday. Other trainers had to lift the whale out of the water before they could free their colleague from the animal's jaws.

A Federal prosecutor says three men accused in a foiled plot on the New York subway system were under the direction of al-Qaida. Najibullah Zazi pleaded guilty earlier this week for his role in planning the attack.

One Italian chef's love for stew cat has landed him in hot water. Beppe Bigazzi told his television audience that the dish was delicious, setting off a heated national debate. Bigazzi has been suspended from his TV slot.
