1. What's the meaning of your English name? 你的英文名字有什么含義么？

要點(diǎn)：事實(shí)上現(xiàn)在取英文名不是新鮮事，但是取的是否是個(gè)好名字便要好好思考了。類似Apple、Honey等的名字其實(shí)外國(guó)人會(huì)覺得很奇怪。一個(gè)好名字和一個(gè)好解釋也許會(huì)給你的面試加分。

回答示范：
The name King may sound a bit aggressive, I hope it won't make you feel uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, I chose the name King simply because it sounds like my Chinese name Jing. But, there is also a hidden meaning in it, that is, I wish to conquer diseases like a King!

2. Sometimes a work assignment requires frequent travel. How do you feel about the prospect of frequent travel？有時(shí)候工作需要你經(jīng)常出差，你怎么看？

要點(diǎn)：這么問，也許是這份工作需要很多出差了。表示下自己對(duì)于出差的熟練就可以了。當(dāng)然若是實(shí)在不好應(yīng)付，比如暈車暈機(jī)，就要實(shí)話實(shí)說(shuō)。

回答示范：
I am very lucky that I can eat and sleep very well on trips. I’ve never been carsick, and even when sitting on a train I can sleep well. So, I never need to worry about frequent traveling.

3. What do you look for in a job? 你期待什么樣的工作？

要點(diǎn)：你的期許是面試官判斷你是否適合這份工作的一大要點(diǎn)。好好回答吧~

回答示范：
I like a job where I can lead and motivate others and enjoy seeing improvements in team performance.

4. What were the best aspects of your last job? 在上一份工作中，你最喜歡的是什么地方？

要點(diǎn)：可以從你能學(xué)到什么的角度來(lái)談。

回答示范：The best aspect of my job, well, is that I can learn a lot from others. As you can imagine Carrefour has a team of high-quality staff. When working with these people I can learn a lot, you know, their attitude to see things, the way they work.

5. Why did you leave your last job? 你為什么離職呢？

要點(diǎn)：千萬(wàn)注意不要【抱怨以前的老板】。另外要表現(xiàn)的積極向上。

回答示范：
（1）I really enjoy what I do, but I’m ready for more responsibility and challenge which your job offers. Unfortunately, my last job can’t give me this.
（2）I feel I have reached the "glass ceiling" in my current job. / I feel there is no opportunity for advancement.
