排長龍：big lines/long lines
——big lines，又粗又長的隊伍，有沒有很形象？

插隊：jump a queue
——插隊也可以說cut in line
例句：Please queue up for a ticket. Do not jump the queue. 請排隊買票，不要插隊。

黃牛、票販子：(ticket)tout
——tout 動詞是“兜售；招徠顧客”的意思，名詞則為“兜售者”，也就是我們最痛恨的“黃牛”啦！

火車票預(yù)定、飛機票預(yù)定：book the ticket/make a reservation
