There?are?several?reasons?which?may?account?for?this?social?phenomenon.?First?of?all,?there?are?a?couple?

of?economic?driving?forces?behind?this?undesirable?tide.?The?weak?supervision?and?the?lack?of?adequate?

punishment?on?those?illegal?producers?is?also?a?noticeable?reason?which?enforces?the?trend.?

Furthermore,?the?neglect?of?moral?education?gives?rise?to?the?increasing?rate?of?the?problem.?
