今年似乎真的是娛樂圈的結(jié)婚年，霍建華和林心如，陳妍希和陳曉，結(jié)婚的情侶一對兒接一對兒。而我們的另一位女神，在9月3日，宣布自己嫁給了與她相識20年的馮德倫。

那么，今天我們就來看看與“結(jié)婚”有關(guān)的一系列的英語表達(dá)吧！首先，“結(jié)婚”用英語怎么表達(dá)呢？

（1）get married

marry
是表示嫁或娶的意思，它是一個(gè)及物動詞，必須要加賓語。例如“我要娶她”就是
I will marry her.

注意：

I will get married.
是指我“將來”想結(jié)婚。

如果你已經(jīng)計(jì)劃好要結(jié)婚，你就要說：

I'm going to get married. 或者 I'm getting married.”
指的是我“要”結(jié)婚了，新娘已經(jīng)選好了，而且婚禮在近期內(nèi)就要舉行了。

那么“結(jié)了婚”就可以說：

We were married
或是
We got married.
這二種都很常用。

要是你說I want you to marry me.就是“我希望你嫁/娶我”

（2）Get hitched .

本意是指車輛后的拖鉤，用

表示兩個(gè)人從此牽在了一起,這么是不是很生動呢？

（3）Tie the knot

據(jù)說來歷是因?yàn)榛榇采系膸ぷ颖仨氂么蚪Y(jié)的繩子才能支起來，那“打個(gè)結(jié)”和結(jié)婚有什么關(guān)系？

A very old type of wedding ceremony involved tying a knot to symbolize the joining of the couple's lives and now “tie the knot” has become a synonym for marriage.
在以前的結(jié)婚典禮上要打結(jié)，表示新郎新娘的生活從此結(jié)合在一起。因此才會用tie the knot 來表示結(jié)婚。

（4）Walk down the aisle .

Aisle
是指婚禮禮堂賓客之間的走廊，走過這段路就到了舉行婚禮儀式的地方了。
注意噢，aisle這個(gè)詞很容易讀錯(cuò)，s是不發(fā)音的哦。

關(guān)于舒淇女神和馮先生的婚禮舉行得如此突然，大家便紛紛猜測舒淇是否懷孕了。但人家可是發(fā)表聲明沒有懷孕。

So, it’s not a shotgun wedding.
中文里的“奉子成婚”，“先上車后補(bǔ)票”在英語里就叫]“shotgun.”Shotgun的意思是霰彈槍。

shotgun wedding，military wedding?
原指女方拿槍逼男方結(jié)婚，如今指因?yàn)閼言卸黄冉Y(jié)的婚。

那一般來說，作為男方，是如何向你愛的女孩求婚呢？

英劇《唐頓莊園》里經(jīng)典一幕——

現(xiàn)在中國有越來越多的年輕人趨向于西方式的婚禮。教堂婚禮的重頭戲就是由牧師帶領(lǐng)兩位新人作結(jié)婚誓言 （wedding vows）.

那么這段話用英文是怎么說的呢？

The two rings should be put on the Bible held by the Judge. Then the bridegroom take one up and puts it on the bride's finger. The bride take the other one up and puts it on the bridegroom's finger.
兩枚婚戒被放到《圣經(jīng)》上。新郎把其中一枚為新娘戴到她的手指上。然后新娘把另一枚為新郎戴到他的手指上。

上面看的是其中一個(gè)版本，而我們最耳熟能詳?shù)纳窀刚f的“你愿意讓她成為你的妻子/丈夫，愛她/他、照顧她/他無論疾病、痛苦……”那段話是這樣講的：

(Bride's Name/Groom's Name), do you take (Groom's Name/Bride's Name) for your lawful wedded husband/wife, to live together after God's ordinance, in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love, honor, comfort, and cherish him/her from this day forward, forsaking all others, keeping only unto him/her for as long as you both shall live?
