At the invitation of Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council, Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka will pay an official visit to China from April 6 to 9.

二、應(yīng)中國政府邀請，泰王國瑪哈扎克里·詩琳通公主殿下將于4月5日至7日訪華。
At the invitation of the Chinese government, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of the Kingdom of Thailand will visit China from April 5 to 7.

問：請介紹斯里蘭卡總理此次訪華的有關(guān)安排。中方如何評價當(dāng)前中斯關(guān)系？對此訪有何期待？
Q: Regarding the visit of Sri Lanka’s Prime Minister Wickremesinghe, do you have his itinerary? How does China evaluate the current China-Sri Lanka relations? What are your expectations for the visit?

答：維克拉馬辛哈總理訪華期間，中國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人將與他會談、會見，就雙邊關(guān)系以及共同關(guān)心的問題深入交換意見。
A: During Prime Minister Wickremesinghe’ visit, Chinese leaders will meet and hold talks with him. The two sides will have an in-depth exchange of views on bilateral relations and issues of common interest.

China and Sri Lanka are traditional friendly neighbors. Our two peoples feel deep amity towards each other. 問：昨天，緬甸新政府成立，昂山素季出任外長。中方對此有何評論？
Q: Yesterday, a new government was formed in Myanmar. Aung San Suu Kyi is the new government’s foreign minister. What is your comment?

答：我們對緬甸新政府成立表示祝賀，相信緬甸人民一定能夠在國家建設(shè)和發(fā)展的道路上取得更大成就。
A: We congratulate the forming of the new government in Myanmar and believe that people in Myanmar will make greater achievements in their national development.

昨天，王毅外長致電昂山素季女士，祝賀她出任緬甸外交部長。王毅外長指出，中緬“胞波”情誼歷久彌堅，兩國傳統(tǒng)睦鄰友好合作給兩國人民帶來切實利益。中方愿同緬方密切配合，為推進中緬全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系作出不懈努力。
Yesterday, Foreign Minister Wang Yi sent a message of congratulations to Aung San Suu Kyi. Wang Yi said that China-Myanmar “Paukphaw” friendship has withstood the test of time and is growing stronger. The traditional good-neighborliness and friendly cooperation between the two sides have brought tangible benefits to the two peoples. China stands ready to work with Myanmar and make relentless efforts to move forward China-Myanmar comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation.
