When Shawn once again was reading the pages of the toxicology report, the neuroscience department budget, and the notes he made. He tried to think of any connections. Perhaps there was no connection, but when Shawn stumbled upon these documents, something did not feel right. Something seemed to be going on but he had no idea what. After reading the hidden file of the neuroscience department budget, he realized there it was only half of the full document. Although he tried, he was unable to retrieve the second half of the budget, the one from the chemistry department.
