He had been there before, and he knew of spots with a high vantage point which would keep him covered but at the same time giving him a good view of what was going on. By the time he arrived at the container port, it was already dark. He liked the darkness as it provided him with cover. From high up, he surveyed the area with a pair of night vision goggles. He heard his partner's voice in his earpiece, briefing him of what would take place, assuming the information from the informant was correct.
