外企面試通常包括三輪: 第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官;第二輪面試一般由用人部門(mén)的主管或經(jīng)理主持;如果有必要的話,應(yīng)聘者還要參加由公司高層管理者擔(dān)任主考官的第三輪面試。

在第一輪面試中,主考官一般會(huì)讓?xiě)?yīng)聘者用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行自我介紹,然后就應(yīng)聘者目前的工作、所應(yīng)聘的職位、應(yīng)聘者的職業(yè)規(guī)劃、薪水期望、個(gè)性特征等提問(wèn)。在第二輪面試中,主考官通常會(huì)就應(yīng)聘者的專業(yè)技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)能力、解決問(wèn)題能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神、時(shí)間管理能力、抗壓能力等方面提問(wèn)。在第三輪面試中,主考官一般會(huì)考察應(yīng)聘者對(duì)所應(yīng)聘公司的文化、政策、業(yè)務(wù)、發(fā)展前景等方面的了解情況。

My engineering background gives me a logical problem-solving ability that I know will be useful in addressing client needs. Besides, I believe that I can persuade an audience really effectively. I was promoted to manage a new team. A colleague in that team disliked me from the beginning. I soon learned that her best friend had been turned down for the position. Then I had a face-to-face talk with her and explained to her that it was a fair competition. After the talk, our relationship was better.

08 團(tuán)隊(duì)精神

What type of people do you work with most effectively?

這一問(wèn)題主要考察應(yīng)聘者是否具備團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,是否能夠積極、成功地處理團(tuán)隊(duì)工作中出現(xiàn)的沖突。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該首先強(qiáng)調(diào)自己具備團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,然后說(shuō)明自己遇到?jīng)_突時(shí)不會(huì)感情用事,而是采取對(duì)事不對(duì)人的態(tài)度,以合作、共贏的方式積極主動(dòng)地解決問(wèn)題。
