求職指南:外企最常問的10大問題(上)
外企面試通常包括三輪: 第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官;第二輪面試一般由用人部門的主管或經(jīng)理主持;如果有必要的話,應(yīng)聘者還要參加由公司高層管理者擔(dān)任主考官的第三輪面試。
在第一輪面試中,主考官一般會讓應(yīng)聘者用英語進(jìn)行自我介紹,然后就應(yīng)聘者目前的工作、所應(yīng)聘的職位、應(yīng)聘者的職業(yè)規(guī)劃、薪水期望、個性特征等提問。在第二輪面試中,主考官通常會就應(yīng)聘者的專業(yè)技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)能力、解決問題能力、團(tuán)隊精神、時間管理能力、抗壓能力等方面提問。在第三輪面試中,主考官一般會考察應(yīng)聘者對所應(yīng)聘公司的文化、政策、業(yè)務(wù)、發(fā)展前景等方面的了解情況。
本文關(guān)注的是面試中出現(xiàn)的常規(guī)難題,筆者將對這些問題進(jìn)行全面剖析,并提供相應(yīng)的參考回答。

主考官往往會通過問及應(yīng)聘者目前工作的一些情況,譬如其職責(zé)范圍、所遇到的問題、所取得的成就等, 來了解應(yīng)聘者是否適合他所應(yīng)聘的職位。因此,應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)當(dāng)就如何回答這些問題做好充分準(zhǔn)備。回答問題時,要實事求是,同時盡可能突出自己具備應(yīng)聘職位所需的條件。

1???? 簡單提及應(yīng)聘者目前所在公司的缺陷,譬如缺乏晉升機(jī)會、沒有進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的空間等,但要注意點(diǎn)到為止。然后應(yīng)重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)所應(yīng)聘公司的優(yōu)勢,如企業(yè)文化、規(guī)模、名譽(yù)、培訓(xùn)機(jī)會等。
2???? 強(qiáng)調(diào)所應(yīng)聘職位的優(yōu)勢,如具有挑戰(zhàn)性和較大發(fā)展空間等。
3???? 強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)聘職位符合自己的興趣。
4???? 說明自己能為所應(yīng)聘職位和公司做出有價值的貢獻(xiàn)。

03 職業(yè)規(guī)劃

對于職業(yè)規(guī)劃的問題,應(yīng)聘者可以從以下兩方面來組織回答。
1???? 為自己設(shè)置一個目標(biāo)或規(guī)定一個發(fā)展方向。應(yīng)該注意的一點(diǎn)是:所設(shè)置的目標(biāo)一定是可以實現(xiàn)的,而非虛無縹緲的幻想。

對于這一問題,應(yīng)聘者一般應(yīng)采取盡量模糊的方式或避免回答??梢岳靡韵聝煞N回答來應(yīng)付主考官:“I’m aware of the range in the marketplace. I’m sure you’ll come up with a most appropriate offer that will be based on my background and ability.”“ I would expect some increase from my existing salary. I feel con?dent that a company like yours wil come up with a good offer.”
如果主考官刨根問底,應(yīng)聘者可以報一個大概的薪酬范圍,可以說:“I have looked at several sources of wage information. A position like this one typical y makes between $40,000 and $45,000 a year. Does that ?t in with your salary range?” 當(dāng)然,如果應(yīng)聘者確實具備優(yōu)勢的話,也可以通過反問主考官,變被動為主動,這時可以參考以下回答。
