Avoid Lombard Street in San Francisco unless you are a professional car racer! The start of this weird street consists of 7 hairpin turns situated a few hundred meters away from each other. The place was built in a way to make it a bit less steep for transport to drive through safely. The street is called the most crooked street. Not only is it a one-way street, it is also one of the few streets where parking is not allowed.

Driving must be safe. Nevertheless, from time to time we face difficulties on the roads. The reason can be anything from your own poor driving skills to traffic jams. You might not have expected it, but turns and twists of avenues, streets and crossroads can also cause issues. One of the most unique junctions is situated in Swindon (UK). The place consists of 5 roundabouts reminding of a maze for drivers to solve. The worst part of all this is that drivers must ride on the central roundabout in the opposite direction to the smaller roundabouts. That’s a truly hellish place for skilled drivers and a total nightmare for beginners.

A roundabout with a huge forest in the middle? That’s really incredible, but such a place exists in Malaysia. There is no other roundabout in the world that would be as large as this one. It is almost 2.11 miles around and is next to another tourists destination – the Malaysian Prime Minister’s office.
