? ? ?而就在近日09年杭州“70碼”事件主角胡斌，減刑出獄后再釀車禍，在“體驗轉(zhuǎn)彎”過程中，遭遇了翻車事故。據(jù)悉，胡斌在服刑期間被減刑9個月，新駕照是出獄后考的，杭州市中級人民法院回應(yīng)稱胡斌減刑系依法裁定。
