??? 第一首歌密集的木吉他節(jié)奏顯然是一個(gè)良好的開始。帶著點(diǎn)鄉(xiāng)村風(fēng)情的《To the light》是整張專輯中最好聽的一首曲目。后面一二首略帶流行意味，本來略有失望，想著你不可能要求在這個(gè)流行的大環(huán)境里成長起來的年輕人做的每首歌都indie。誰想峰回路轉(zhuǎn)，《Dream catch me》《Feels like home》幾首又顯出了他粗糲的某些特質(zhì)的深厚的編曲能力，當(dāng)然，當(dāng)然，最令人拍桌大叫的還是等第七首曲子出來--Love love is a verb，是的，翻唱Massive Attack的名曲《Tear drop》，足夠令你激動(dòng)你逝去的青春。Newton Faulkner用他略顯疲態(tài)又顯然受了根源民謠影響的嗓音緩緩把它唱出，別有一番風(fēng)情。
