3. Keep messages clear and brief. ?表達清晰簡潔

和傳統(tǒng)的商務(wù)信函一樣,商務(wù)郵件也需要做到邏輯清晰、表述清晰準確。一般來說,郵件的正文一般包含3大部分:背景信息交換、行動說明(需要做什么或者你將做什么)和訴求(提前感謝對方的幫助等)。這一點大家可以通過閱讀下面兩封郵件來體會。

4. Check the tone. ?注意措辭
商務(wù)郵件按照溝通對象身份地位的不同可以分為垂直溝通平級溝通。垂直溝通多為上級對下級的溝通,平級溝通多為同事之間的溝通。垂直溝通通常比較簡短直接,平級溝通通常要更加禮貌一些。
