Different countries have different education systems. I do not know all the education systems in the world but all the ones I do know about have free school education at primary and secondary level. I certainly agree with the statement that this should be the case. I believe university education is different. No matter what standard of income someone has or what society someone comes from, everyone should have the opportunity to have a good standard of education. This is not always what happens but it is what should happen. Private schools can be available for those who want and can afford it but the free schools should always be there. This is certainly what all countries should strive to attain situation although some have problems due to the economic and political situations in their countries. Governments should make sure that all their citizens have access to a good standard of free education at primary and secondary level.
不同的國(guó)家擁有不同的教育制度。我雖然不知道世界上所有國(guó)家的教育是什么樣的，但是從我所知道的國(guó)家來(lái)看，它們?cè)谛W(xué)和中學(xué)的教育層次上都施行了免費(fèi)的教育。在我看來(lái)這樣做是非常正確的，當(dāng)然大學(xué)教育就是另一回事了。 無(wú)論一個(gè)人貧福與否，出身如何，他都應(yīng)該擁有享受良好教育的機(jī)會(huì)。并不是人人都能如此愿望一樣，但世界確實(shí)本該如此。那些有意愿并且負(fù)擔(dān)得起私立學(xué)校的學(xué)生可以去讀私立學(xué)校，而免費(fèi)公共學(xué)校的大門應(yīng)該永遠(yuǎn)為學(xué)生們敞開。這當(dāng)然應(yīng)該是所有國(guó)家都要力圖去達(dá)到的目標(biāo)，盡管一些國(guó)家會(huì)由于經(jīng)濟(jì)和政治因素做不到這一點(diǎn)。我認(rèn)為政府應(yīng)該確保每一個(gè)公民都能在小學(xué)和中學(xué)層次上享受到高品質(zhì)的免費(fèi)教育。
