Italian officials say at least 13 people are dead and two others are missing after a Tunisian airplane crashed near the coast of Sicily. Officials said 23 passengers have been rescued from the Mediterranean Sea. The plane was flying from Bali, Italy to Tunisia. It attempted to make an emergency landing at the airport in Sicilian city before crash landing in the sea.
