The hero is a boy called Peter Lake,an Irish?immigrant.He started to find a job as a?mechanic?in Manhattan, but later he was forced to join the reactionary gang named "Short Tails" to become a thief. One day, Peter steal into the house of an newspapertycoon, and he fall in love with the man's daughter Beverly at the first sight. But Beverly soon died due to lung disease. Later Peter accidentally broke into the cloud wall. After 100 years he showed up again, but he did not remember who he is……
