背景介紹：

“腐女子”一詞源自于日語，是由同音的“婦女子(ふじょし)”轉(zhuǎn)化而來，為喜愛BL(Boy's Love)的女性自嘲的用語。腐女子的“腐”在日文有無可救藥的意思，而腐女子是專門指稱對于男男愛情——BL系作品情有獨鐘的女性，通常是喜歡此類作品的女性之間彼此自嘲的講法。
非此族群以“腐女子”稱呼這些女性時，則是帶有貶低、蔑視意味的詞匯。在日本一些地方，直接稱呼對方為“腐女”是不禮貌的事情。也有把“腐女”當作那些致力于同人志創(chuàng)作的深度“宅女”。

Hey everyone, I was wondering if any of you think the fujoshi will control the demand in the anime/manga market in the future. There seems to be more series catering to them lately, though moe series are still running around. I just wanted to share a pretty long in-depth look at the rise of the fujoshi over the past few years. I remember reading on Sankaku Complex about how some of the otaku were talking about Comiket 81 and it being filled with fujoshi.

Fujoshi will continue to help drive sales, as they do now, though I daresay they will neither control the market or dictate what is popular. Like their male otaku counterparts they will always be an important market but not the only market.

In fact, I hadn’t heard of the terms of Fujoshi until I was told to write something about this topic. After studying the information, I was surprised to found that I used to be a Fojoshi many years ago. When I was still a secondary student, I was obsessed with manga for its fascinating plots and exquisite characters. After a few years, BL comics surged into the market. I changed my interest and read a good many of them.
There were some reasons make me to abandon the mushy comics. Firstly I was done with the stereotype that a tall rich handsome gay somehow fell in love with an ordinary heroine, who are supposed to be grateful and honored. When the plot repeated again and again, I was sick of it. And also, despite of some steamy sex scenes, both heroes in a comic are attractive which make the comic more worthy. As a bystander, watching they struggled on the path of romance can greatly satisfy the subconscious desire of female readers. During reading, we are able to think of themselves as either one of them; unlike the ordinary mango- females can only imagine to be a plain little heroine.
When the time passed, I was also done with BL comics. I am not one of them anymore, but I fully understand the feelings of Fujoshi.
