Therefore, this vicious circle leads to the cruel reality of bankrupt, even the city can go broke. In my opinion, people should be aware of own financial condition and plan ahead. Excessive expense not only increases own economic burden when you receive your bills, but also takes away the happiness in your elder ages. Everything should be treated properly not overly.
