And we head to the world of motorsports now, and a change is set for Formula One, as the open wheel racing circuit has dropped the Indian Grand Prix from its calendar for next season.

The first ever F1 race on Indian soil was held in 2011, and this year’s event was scheduled for late October. And that is where the problem lies, as promoters are looking to change the date to something earlier in the schedule, preferably in March. There is also rumours that tax issues with Indian authorities could also be at the forefront of the troubles. Despite a cloud looming over the future of the race, promoters are hopeful the event can be resurrected for the 2015 season.
