背景介紹：

Happiness is thought of as the good life, freedom from suffering, flourishing, well-being, joy, prosperity, and pleasure.

Researchers have formed a useful framework for studying happiness:
? Happiness is made up of pleasure, engagement, and meaning
? It involves both daily positive emotions and a global sense that life is worthwhile
? People can accurately report their own levels of happiness

Happiness is inside you.

I'm happy smelling the cold air and the burning wood in the winter evenings, watching the sea, listening to good music, I'm happy spending my time with my affairs, being useful, making people smile, I'm happy. There is no standard recipe. What makes me happy not necessarily makes you happy either. The only way to be so is to comprehend yourself by accepting your deepest needs, emotions, thoughts and sensibilities. Quite often we are unable to reach happiness, just because we are unable to forgive our own mistakes, though who's been damaged of them maybe already has. Errors are important, once you are in the condition to recognise and accept them of being so, they help you become a better person. To reach happiness demands interior serenity. Get to know yourself better, then everything comes easier.

To Be Simple and To Be Happy

What is happiness in your eyes? You may have different answers. If I reply to this question, the answer will be quite simple.
Happiness is not to dream what you can possess but to enjoy what you have gotten. Happiness doesn't mean what achievements you have made or can make but that you can have a sense of obtaining much more just from the simple and small things that you have done. Happiness will not necessarily demand that you have a large house, but a warm home on the contrary. Just as the word home means not the same as house does, so does happiness and being happy. I prefer to think that retaining happiness is one man's life goal while keeping being happy is nothing but a short-term aim or temporary state of life.
And I would not like to write too much more because the true meaning of happiness and happiness itself is so simple, that is to live simple.
