設(shè)，占地10萬平方米，公司資產(chǎn)總額6227.02萬元，2010年底實現(xiàn)銷售收入2.3億元，共有職工1200余人。

公司是以飼料、種雞養(yǎng)殖、雞雛孵化；肉雞放養(yǎng)回收、屠宰加工、深加工、銷售為一體的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化企業(yè)。目前，公司主要產(chǎn)品肉食雞分割加工，產(chǎn)品主要銷往國內(nèi)20多個大中城市，其中主要市場分布于我國華北、東北、華南以及中西部地區(qū)。

其母公司開原勝利牧業(yè)有限公司則坐落于開原市新城區(qū)城南工業(yè)園區(qū)，公司于2004年建成投產(chǎn)。
