我國(guó)首批為北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)特別打造的4列“和諧號(hào)”內(nèi)燃動(dòng)車(chē)組旅游專(zhuān)線(xiàn)列車(chē)，日前完成線(xiàn)路試驗(yàn)，全部下線(xiàn)，將于奧運(yùn)期間正式運(yùn)行于北京至八達(dá)嶺之間。通車(chē)后，全程運(yùn)行只需約1小時(shí)20分鐘，比原先節(jié)省近一半時(shí)間。

上述報(bào)道中，Diesel Multiple Unit是“內(nèi)燃動(dòng)車(chē)組”，簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)DMU；Multiple Unit是“動(dòng)車(chē)組”，Electric Multiple Unit是“電力動(dòng)車(chē)組”，而“動(dòng)車(chē)組列車(chē)”就是Multiple Unit train；那么“觀光動(dòng)車(chē)組”就可以翻譯為Multiple Unit trains for sightseeing。
