A Chinese tourist was attacked and killed by a hippopotamus that strayed from Lake Naivasha into the compound of a hotel where she was staying.
一名中國游客在肯尼亞著名旅游景點納瓦沙湖附近遭河馬襲擊身亡，據(jù)悉河馬是誤入了這名游客所在的酒店區(qū)域。

The incident occurred at Lake Naivasha Country Club five kilometres from Naivasha town. The woman in her 30’s was attacked by the lactating hippo mother which crushed her and she died on the way to hospital.
事故發(fā)生在離納瓦沙鎮(zhèn)5公里遠的納瓦沙湖鄉(xiāng)村俱樂部，這名中國女游客30多歲，遭到哺乳期的母河馬踩踏襲擊，在被送往當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院的途中身亡。

Kenya Wildlife Service officers moved in and shot dead the wild animal. The tourist was allegedly trying to take pictures of a young hippo when the mother attacked her.
肯尼亞野生動物機構(gòu)的工作人員采取行動，射殺了這只母河馬。據(jù)稱當(dāng)時這只女游客是想給一只小河馬拍照，結(jié)果遭到了母河馬的襲擊。

According to Osman Ibrahim, the warden of Hell's Gate National Park, the victim left her room at around 9pm after spotting the young hippo.
根據(jù)肯尼亞 “地獄之門” 國家公園的看守人員Osman Ibrahim的說法，晚上9點左右這名游客看到了這只小河馬，就離開房間。

“The information we have is that the Chinese tourist started taking pictures of the young hippo and she was attacked by the mother,” he said.
他表示：“目前我們收集到的信息是，這名女游客當(dāng)時是想給這只小河馬拍照，結(jié)果遭母河馬攻擊?！?

“She was seriously injured on the waist and neck and was rushed to a nearby private hospital where she was pronounced dead,” he said.
“女游客腰部和頸部都嚴重受傷，我們緊急將她送往了附近的私立醫(yī)院，在醫(yī)院被宣布死亡?！?
