Interviewer BIG BOSS: Welcome to the ABC HOUSE Company.
面試者大老板:歡迎來到ABC住房公司。

Chinese job seeker JOE HO: Thank you. (While shaking hands) My name is Joe Ho, and I'm here about the position in sales.
求職者中國(guó)人胡喬:謝謝。(同時(shí)握手)我叫胡喬,我來這里是有關(guān)銷售的職位。

Big Boss: Nice to meet you. I am the Big Boss. Please have a seat.
大老板:見到你很高興。我是大老板,請(qǐng)坐。

Joe Ho: Thank you very much.
胡喬:多謝。

Big Boss: Why did you quit your last job?
大老板:你為什么辭掉你的上一份工作?

Joe Ho: It was a small company with no future. Your company, however is growing very quickly in very productive directions.
胡喬:那是一家沒有前途的小公司。而你的公司正朝著卓有成效的方向迅速發(fā)展。

Big Boss: Do you feel you are a good worker?
大老板:你覺得你是一個(gè)好員工嗎?

Joe Ho: I certainly do feel I am a good worker. As you can see from my RESUME, I have often been the best employee of the month.
胡喬:我的確覺得我是一個(gè)好員工。如你可以從我的簡(jiǎn)歷看到的,我經(jīng)常是“本月最佳雇員”。

Big Boss: What did you do at your last job?
大老板:上一份工作你做什么?

Joe Ho: I sold all kinds of cars, motorcycles and trucks.
胡喬:我銷售各種各樣的小汽車、摩托車和大卡車。

Big Boss: Did you enjoy your job?
大老板:你喜歡你的工作嗎?

Joe Ho: Always, of course. I enjoyed helping my customers best of all. I was happy when they were happy.
胡喬:當(dāng)然一直喜歡。我最喜歡幫助我的顧客。當(dāng)他們高興的時(shí)候我就高興。

Big Boss: So why do you want to sell houses now?
大老板:那你現(xiàn)在為什么想做房子銷售?

Joe Ho: I want to sell houses because they are the way of the future in Beijing. Lately, many families are looking to buy a good house but need a friendly, intelligent salesperson to help them. I believe my experience with?people, my hard work, and motivation make me perfect for this job.
胡喬:我想銷售房子是因?yàn)榉孔邮潜本淼陌l(fā)展趨勢(shì)。最近,很多家庭正在尋找購買一處好住房,而需要一個(gè)友好、有智慧的銷售人員幫助他們。我相信我和人們打交道的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、我的努力以及積極性是我成為這份工作理想的人選。

Big Boss: What are your personal strengths?
大老板:你個(gè)人的長(zhǎng)處是什么?

Joe Ho: I work well with others and I am a committed friend. I believe customers should be treated like friends.
胡喬:我善長(zhǎng)和其他人一起工作,而且我對(duì)朋友很好。我認(rèn)為我們應(yīng)該把顧客視為朋友。

Big Boss: What is your greatest weakness?
大老板:你最大的弱點(diǎn)是什么?

Joe Ho: Although I have had many foreign customers and teachers, I have never been abroad to study English. I believe this is my greatest weakness. However, I hope to improve my English in the near future.?
胡喬:盡管我有很多外國(guó)的客戶和老師,我從沒有到過國(guó)外去學(xué)英語。我認(rèn)為這是我最大的弱點(diǎn)。不過,我希望在不久的將來提高我的英語。

Big Boss: Would you be willing to go abroad for English and Sales training?
大老板:你愿意到國(guó)外去學(xué)習(xí)英語并接受銷售培訓(xùn)嗎?

Joe Ho: It would be my pleasure to go abroad to study English and Sales.
胡喬:到國(guó)外去學(xué)習(xí)英語和銷售是我的榮幸。

Big boss: Great. Do you have any questions for us?
大老板:太好了。你對(duì)我們有什么問題嗎?

Joe Ho: I know that ABC sells houses, but what did you used to sell?
胡喬:我知道ABC銷售房子,不過以前你們銷售什么?

Big Boss: We started off by selling garden houses. We still sell them sometimes.
大老板:我們以銷售花園別墅起家。我們有時(shí)還銷售花園別墅。

Joe Ho: How long would our contract be for?
胡喬:我們的合同期有多長(zhǎng)?

Big Boss: We ask our employees to sign two-year contracts.
大老板:我們要雇員簽兩年的合同。

Joe Ho: One last question. Seeing my work experience and motivation, if I got the job, what salary could I expect?
胡喬:最后一個(gè)問題。就我的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和積極性而言,如果我得到這份工作,我能期望的薪水是多少?

Big Boss: If you get the job, you will earn two thousand RMB a month plus commission (a percentage of what you sell).
大老板:如果你得到這份工作,你會(huì)得到每月兩千人民幣加提成(你銷售的一個(gè)百分比)。

Joe Ho: (While shaking hands) Thank you, sir. I hope I have the chance to work with you in the future.
