You don't have to wait until "Les Misérables" hits theaters in December to see Oscar-nominated actress Anne Hathaway sing her heart out. She'll be taking the stage on Oct. 24 to sing numbers from the Broadway musical "Cabaret" during a special event benefiting the Public Theater in New York.

During the one-night-only event at Joe's Pub at The Public, Hathaway will will host and perform songs like "Willkommen," "Cabaret," "Maybe This Time" and "Perfectly Marvelous."

She previously appeared in The Public's "Twelfth Night" in 2009 as part of "Shakespeare in the Park."

"I am delighted to reunite with The Public for this special night to celebrate the theater's rededication and support its mission to spread great theater to all the people of New York (tourists are welcome too)," Hathaway says in a press release.

音樂會設(shè)在紐約公共劇場的Joe's Pub舉行，演唱會上所有歌曲全部來自經(jīng)典歌舞劇《歌廳》中的曲目。據(jù)悉，還會有神秘嘉賓現(xiàn)身。據(jù)悉，紐約公共劇場花費4千萬進行了翻修，將于10月4日重新開業(yè)，屆時將迎來一系列慶祝活動持續(xù)到10月底。

2009年，安妮·海瑟薇曾與該劇場合作，出演了莎士比亞經(jīng)典喜劇《第十二夜》中的薇奧拉一角?！拔液芨吲d能夠再次與公共劇場合作，共度這么特別的一晚來慶祝劇場的重新開業(yè)，能夠支持劇場為紐約市民傳播戲劇我很高興?！焙Ｉ闭f。此外，由湯姆·霍伯執(zhí)導(dǎo)的《悲慘世界》將于12月25日上映，安妮·海瑟薇在劇中扮演Fantine，休·杰克曼、羅素·克洛、阿曼達·米切爾·塞褔里德等也參與了該片。
