The CW has revealed its fall 2012 premiere dates and it's going to be a long summer for those hankering to get back to Mystic Falls. All shows, including "The Vampire Diaries," don't premiere until October.

Rachel Bilson's medical dramedy "Hart of Dixie" starts things off on Tues., Oct. 2. It's new follow-up "Emily Owens, M.D.," starring Mamie Gummer, doesn't premiere until Tues., Oct. 16.

"Supernatural" moves to Wednesdays at 9 p.m. starting on Wed., Oct. 3. "Arrow," based on the DC Comics character Green Arrow, makes its mark on The CW's schedule the following week on Wed., Oct. 10.

"The Vampire Diaries" returns to The CW on Thurs., Oct. 11 with Kristin Kreuk in "Beauty and the Beast" following at 9 p.m. ET.

滬江娛樂快訊：CW秋季劇集本季將在《南國醫(yī)戀》的引領(lǐng)下于10月2號才正式回歸熒屏，當(dāng)然這也是此劇的全新檔期周二晚8點(diǎn)檔。而《邪惡力量》第8季得到了新的播出檔期——周三晚9點(diǎn)，《新飛越比弗利》則被安排在了周一晚8點(diǎn)檔。

新劇方面臺柱劇集《吸血鬼日記》負(fù)責(zé)前導(dǎo)《美女與野獸》，這意味著這部翻拍劇集得到了最熱門的周四晚間檔期。而CW最被期待的新劇《綠箭俠》將在周三晚亮相，梅姨女兒麥米·古默挑大梁的《宅女醫(yī)生》在周二晚出現(xiàn)。受到很多劇迷關(guān)注的《欲望都市》前傳《凱莉日記》安排在季中播出，所以沒有出現(xiàn)在此次前半季播放計劃中。

備受關(guān)注的《吸血鬼日記》第四季將于北京時間10月12日早上8點(diǎn)回歸，7月9日劇組將進(jìn)入第四季的正式拍攝。
