Prosecutors say three men arrested in Chicago had planned to attack President Barack Obama’s campaign headquarters. The three are accused of trying to make molotov cocktails ahead of the two-day NATO summit that starts Sunday.

One student has been killed and at least seven others injured in a bomb blast at an Italian high school. The bombing follows a spate of attacks against Italian officials and buildings by a group of anarchists.
