McDonald’s have embraced new cuisines all over the world. This produced a bunch of unfamiliar, international McMenu items like:

10. The KiwiBurger 奇異果漢堡
From: New Zealand 來(lái)源：新西蘭

McDonald’s introduced the KiwiBurger in New Zealand back in 1991.
早在1991年，麥當(dāng)勞在新西蘭推出了奇異果漢堡包。

Just check out what goes inside it: beef, tomato, lettuce, onions, beetroot, egg and of course kiwi… What? There’s no actual kiwi fruit in this? Really? Huh. But it’s called KiwiBurger, right? Oh man, I can’t exactly explain why.
讓我們來(lái)看看漢堡中的配料：牛肉、番茄、生菜、洋蔥、甜菜根、雞蛋……當(dāng)然應(yīng)該還有奇異果吧~~什么？事實(shí)上里面沒(méi)有奇異果？！天吶！好吧……但這個(gè)漢堡不是叫奇異果漢堡嗎？恩……我也無(wú)法解釋為什么……

McLobster

9. The McLobster 龍蝦漢堡

The McLobster is a lobster sandwich. Its primary ingredients are lobster and bread. The sandwich has actually been around for a couple of years and at one time there were even plans to introduce it to restaurants nationwide. But someone realized that it would impossible to convince Middle American landlocked states that their “l(fā)obster” isn’t actually 2 weeks old.
龍蝦漢堡的主要原料是龍蝦肉和面包。這款漢堡事實(shí)上已經(jīng)推出好幾年了，而且麥當(dāng)勞甚至考慮過(guò)在美國(guó)的所有連鎖店推廣。但是，麥當(dāng)勞發(fā)現(xiàn)：不可能說(shuō)服美國(guó)中部?jī)?nèi)陸地區(qū)的人們相信漢堡中的“龍蝦肉”是新鮮的（實(shí)際上它們是兩周前制作的）。

McRice Burger

8. McRice Burger 米漢堡
From: Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines etc. 來(lái)源：臺(tái)灣、新加坡、印度尼西亞、菲律賓等

Another example of McDonald’s international menu is the Asian rice burger. No, it’s not rice between two pieces of bread. That would be silly. It’s rice formed into buns with beef or chicken between them, which makes a lot more sense. You know how people are always complaining that you can’t eat rice with your hands.
另一個(gè)能證明麥當(dāng)勞國(guó)際化菜單的例子是：亞洲的米漢堡。這個(gè)漢堡不是面包中間夾著米飯哦！那樣很奇怪的……事實(shí)上，它是把米飯壓制成面包的形狀，然后再夾上牛肉或雞肉~這樣就正常多了吧？人們總是抱怨說(shuō)無(wú)法用手來(lái)吃米飯，現(xiàn)在實(shí)現(xiàn)啦！

McShawarma

7. McSwarama 麥?zhǔn)缴惩攥?br> From: Israel 來(lái)源：以色列

You know, there’s lots of talk about pain and suffering going on around the world, but the one tragedy that is often neglected is how some folks can’t enjoy fried beef with bread due to religious reasons.?It is with such people in mind that McDonald’s has invented the McShawarma for the Israeli market. It’s one of the country’s kosher menu items, and consists of turkey shawarma in pita bread. But isn’t it still basically meat in a type of bread? Well, yes, but the main difference here is that the meat is barbecued, not fried.

Spam and Eggs

In 2002, 78 restaurants in Hawaii started to test out dinner sets consisting of rice, spam and eggs. Though Spam might very well have a case in mainland US to soon be recognized as a synonym of “pig lips and anus” it’s actually quite popular in Hawaii, so it probably doesn’t seem all that weird to them.

Mega Teriyaki Burger

One day the Japanese looked at their puny teriyaki-drenched burgers and said to themselves: “No… this will not suffice.” And that’s how we got the Mega Teriyaki. Essentially a Big Mac swimming in the sweet, dark, teriyaki sauce and mayo.
有一天，日本人看了看他們的小小的照燒醬漢堡然后自言自語(yǔ)：“哦不，這點(diǎn)分量不夠啊！”于是乎，巨無(wú)霸照燒漢堡誕生了！其實(shí)，它就是浸滿了甜甜的黝黑的照燒醬和蛋黃醬的巨無(wú)霸。

和麥咖喱盒打聲招呼吧！

The McCurry Pan is an original, surprisingly complex McCreation made especially for the Indian market. It’s a crispy bread box of sorts filled with a creamy sauce of mushrooms, broccoli and peppers (there also exists a chicken version). Not only does it look awesome, it also actually consists of real vegetables, while back in the US it took months of negotiations before all of us begrudgingly accepted onions and lettuce in fast food.
麥咖喱盒是為了印度市場(chǎng)打造的一款原創(chuàng)的、非常復(fù)雜的麥當(dāng)勞創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。它的外殼是一個(gè)松脆的面包盒，里面盛滿了蘑菇、西蘭花和胡椒制成的奶油狀咖喱（也有雞肉版本）。不僅看上去很贊，而且含有真正的蔬菜。想想當(dāng)年美國(guó)可是花了數(shù)月的協(xié)商才吝嗇地在快餐里加入了那么幾片洋蔥和生菜啊！

McLaks

3. McLaks 三文魚漢堡

All the way back in 1997, McDonald’s introduced the salmon sandwich in Norway to some initial success. Unlike their regular fish sandwich, the McLaks was meant to be more regional, healthier and lower on fat, meaning that there actually used to be a large Norwegian demographic which went looking for healthy foods at McDonald’s. But they got what was coming to them when the sandwich was discontinued after giving a whole bunch of people food poisoning.

Gallo Pinto

2. Gallo Pinto 紅豆飯

Not everything has the honor to be called your national dish. There’s Gallo Pinto, Costa Rica’s national dish which you can get at their local McDonald’s.
不是所有事物都有資格獲得國(guó)菜的榮譽(yù)哦！但紅豆飯就是！你可以在哥斯達(dá)黎加的任何一家當(dāng)?shù)佧湲?dāng)勞嘗到這款國(guó)菜。

The dish itself is very simple. Basically, it’s fried rice and beans, eaten primarily for breakfast. The McD version is also served with scrambled eggs and sour cream.
這款食品本身制作相當(dāng)簡(jiǎn)單?；旧暇褪浅达埣佣棺樱饕钱?dāng)做早餐來(lái)食用。麥當(dāng)勞的紅豆飯還增加了炒蛋和酸奶油。

McWedding

Yeah, noticed how this article wasn’t titled the Top 10 Foreign McDonald’s Sandwiches? Seriously, McDonald’s offers weddings in Hong Kong! Yeah, McWeddings.
是的，注意到標(biāo)題為什么不叫“麥當(dāng)勞十大特供漢堡包”了嗎？真的，麥當(dāng)勞在香港還提供婚禮服務(wù)！耶~麥?zhǔn)交槎Y！

Two things that we have to make clear are that McDonald’s restaurants have a generally better image in Asia than in the West and that weddings there are also insanely expensive. The wedding receptions offered by McDonald’s take place in one of their restaurants as the couple and their guests feast on burgers, fries and shakes. Stacks of apple pie act as the cake. Really.
有兩件事我們必須了解：一是麥當(dāng)勞在亞洲的形象不像在西方那么差，二是在麥當(dāng)勞里舉辦婚禮也很昂貴哦！麥?zhǔn)交槎Y在麥當(dāng)勞門店里舉辦，麥當(dāng)勞為新人和他們的賓客提供的婚宴大餐是：漢堡，薯?xiàng)l，奶昔，很多蘋果派堆在一起變成婚禮蛋糕。真的，我沒(méi)有騙你！
