We are proud to have lent American assistance in response to natural disasters, including rebuilding efforts after the tsunami in Indonesia and the cyclone in Burma. And we commend the Indonesian people and government for settling long-standing civil conflict in Aceh that threatened the country's progress, and for similar positive efforts to achieve peace and stability that are working in Timor-Leste.
