Magnificent Cliffs of Moher
Continuing south into County Clare leads to another impressive sight, the magnificent Cliffs of Moher. These dramatic sheer cliffs rise above the Atlantic Ocean to a maximum height of 214 meters. And a view from the top is said to be one of the most spectacular in Ireland.
The Cliffs of Moher have become a familiar image on postcards and in movies. Topping the list of things to see in Ireland, the cliffs drew nearly one million visitors in 2006. in addition to its numerous visitors, the cliffs are also home to many animals, including over 30,000 birds.

Unforgettable memories
