as well as譯為“也，和……一起”，在此句中相當(dāng)于besides.注意as well as在使用時(shí)的主謂一致。

(1)既……又……；也；以及；同……一樣

①He gave me clothes as well as food.

他既給我食物，又給我衣服。

②This factory produces cars as well as trucks.

這個(gè)工廠既生產(chǎn)卡車也生產(chǎn)小汽車。

(2)as well as可以用于同級(jí)比較?！昂汀粯雍谩?，修飾動(dòng)詞。

①She sings as well as she plays.

她彈得好，唱得也好。

②He speaks French as well as English.

他英語和法語講得一樣好。

(3)A as well as B結(jié)構(gòu)做主語時(shí)，謂語動(dòng)詞的數(shù)要與A保持一致。

拓展：

as well單獨(dú)使用于句尾表示“也”“既……，又……”，但是不能用于否定句。
