Europe's plan to solve its debt crisis and restore faith in the global economy has been thrown into chaos. Greece's Prime Minister has called for a referendum on his country's latest rescue package. A no-vote could result in a debt default bringing bank failures across Europe.

Bank of America is nixing its plan to charge a five-dollar debit card fee. Officials wouldn't say whether the bank saw a spike in account closures since announcing the fee last month. But a company executive said in a statement that the decision was based on customer feedback.

The mother of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has died. Dorothy Rodham was 92. Clinton cancelled a planned trip to London and Istanbul to be at her mother side on Monday night.

Testimony has ended in the involuntary manslaughter trail of Michael Jackson's personal physician. Defense attorneys and prosecutors said Tuesday they have called their final witnesses after 22 days of testimony. Conrad Murray did not take the stand in his own defense.
