Herman Cain says he was accused of sexual harassment, but the allegations were false. He says he's never sexually harassed anyone. A reporting political says the trade group headed settled complaints from at least two women. Cain says if there were settlements, he's not aware of them.

Trick-or-treating has been cancelled or postponed in some communities in the Northeast. That's after the weekend storm dumped as much as 30 inches of heavy wet snow. Schools and roads are closed. And some communities were experiencing one of the earliest snow days off from school in memory.

NATO's top official is in Tripoli to mark the end of the alliance's 7-month campaign over Libya. The campaign played a key role in ousting Gadhafi. The NATO mission ends at midnight Monday Libyan time.

Prosecutors have been cross-examining an anesthesia expert testifying as a defense witness in the trial of Michael Jackson's doctor. The witness says Dr. Conrad Murray deviated from the standard of care by using the anesthetic propofol to help Michael Jackson sleep.
