At least one person has been killed in a second night of storms that have ripped through the nation's midsection. Emergency officials say the person was killed in Arkansas bringing the state death toll from two days of violent weather to 11. Hundreds of homes in several states have been damaged or destroyed in the storms.

An explosion rocked a natural gas terminal near Egypt's border with Israel today. Flames shot into the air and forced the shutdown of the country's export pipeline. Egyptian officials did not say if the explosion was due to sabotage or an accident.

With just two days until the royal wedding, the military wants plenty of practice. Streets were closed so hundreds of troops could hold a dress rehearsal on the procession route. A handful of the expected 600,000 tourists watched the procession drills.

And twin polar bearcubs are getting special attention at a Chinese wildlife park. The male and female cubs were rejected by their mother just hours after they were delivered. Staff are now hand-rearing the rare bears.
