春天感覺才剛剛開始,夏天怎么就等不及的想要冒頭了呢,在這個季節(jié)大家是不是都想吃點酸酸甜甜水水的東西呢?今天的【我愛卡路里】就教大家一道簡單的鮮橙甜菜根沙拉,既爽口又能讓懶人們不費勁也能享受到美食,何樂而不為呢~

Ingredients
原料

2 Cooked Beetroot, cut into 4mm thick slices
2個 即食甜菜根,切成4毫米厚片

2 Oranges
2個鮮橙

1 tbsp Flat parsley leaves, chopped
一大勺切碎的歐芹葉

3 tbsp Orange juice
三大勺橙汁

1 tsp Honey
一小勺蜂蜜

20 ml Olive oil
20毫升橄欖油

Salt and fresh ground Pepper
適量的鹽與鮮磨黑椒

1 tbsp Red onion, finely chopped
一大勺切碎的紫蔥

10個刺山柑

Preparation
制作步驟

1. Slice the cooked beetroot into 4mm thick slices. Peel the oranges, removing the white pith and slice into 4mm slices.
甜菜根切成4毫米的厚片。鮮橙剝皮,撕去白色經絡,切成4毫米厚片。

2. Place orange juice, honey, olive oil in a jar, season with salt and pepper. Close the lid and give it a good shake. Add in chopped red onions and capers. Mix thoroughly.
將橙汁,蜂蜜,橄欖油放入一個瓶子,加鹽和黑椒調味。將蓋子擰緊搖勻。加入切碎的紫蔥和刺山柑拌勻。

3. Arrange the orange and beetroot slices alternately in a row on a serving platter. Pour the dressing over and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top. Serve immediately.
將切好的橙片和甜菜片交替成行裝入盤內。淋上備好的香橙汁,灑上切碎的歐芹。
