托福口語(yǔ)的電腦評(píng)分會(huì)判斷你的卡殼頻次，也就是說一段回答中多久會(huì)出現(xiàn)一次卡殼。恰當(dāng)?shù)耐ｎD不會(huì)影響成績(jī)，但是頻繁的卡殼思考會(huì)在Delivery維度上失分。大家應(yīng)該了解一些過渡句式，正確使用也可以讓你的答案聽起來更自然、流暢、連續(xù)。

01.也就是說

That is to say、Namely、in other words、Means

【例】也就是說，要知道自己的長(zhǎng)處和短處，做出的選擇要揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短。

That is to say , they should know their merits and demerits and their choices must give play to their strengths and circumvent weaknesses.

02...也是如此

The same is true of...

【例】現(xiàn)在研究生院中10個(gè)學(xué)生中有6個(gè)都是女生。這種情況同樣出現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)具有本科以上學(xué)歷的年輕人中。

About six out of ten students in graduate schools are women. The same is true of today’s young adults who already have a degree beyond college.

03.我們有理由相信

We have reasons to believe (that)

【例】我們有理由相信體罰應(yīng)該嚴(yán)格禁止。

We have reasons to believe that corporal punishment should be strictly prohibited.

04.基于這個(gè)理由

For this reason、For this purpose、In the light of... 、Inview of

【例】鑒于社會(huì)的實(shí)際需要，越來越多的人對(duì)學(xué)英語(yǔ)有興趣。

Inview of the practical need of society,there are more and more people interested in learning English.

05.事實(shí)上

Infact、Actually、In reality、As a matter of fact

【例】事實(shí)上健康才是最重要。

As a matter of fact,it is health that counts.

06.此外

In other words、to put it differently

【例】換言之我會(huì)盡最大的努力達(dá)成我的目標(biāo)。

In other words,I will try my best to attain (gain,live up to) my goal.

07.別人可能認(rèn)為...但我認(rèn)為...

It may be true as assumed by others,but I don't.I believe that...

【例】別人可能認(rèn)為這是事實(shí)，但我不是。我認(rèn)為如果你有很大的決心和毅力，就一定會(huì)成功。

It may be true as assumed by others,but I don't. I believe that if you have strong determination and perseverance,the success will certainly come to you in the end.

08.如果能實(shí)現(xiàn)這些

If one can really put the three points into action (practic)...

【例】如果可以實(shí)現(xiàn)這三點(diǎn)，他一定會(huì)有一個(gè)健康幸福的生活。

If one can really put the three points into action(practice),he will surely be able to live a healthy and happy life.

09.再怎么(強(qiáng)調(diào))...也不為過

the importance of.....cannot be over emphasized

【例】這證據(jù)顯示交通安全的重要性再怎么強(qiáng)調(diào)都不為過。

This evidence shows that the importance of traffic safety cannot be over emphasized.

10.由上述討論...

We can make clear from the above discussion(that)

【例】因此，由上列的討論我們可以明白毅力可以克服任何困。

Therefore,We can make clear from the above discussion that perseverance can overcome any.
