在英文學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中，大家對(duì)于寫(xiě)作有哪些考量呢?英文簡(jiǎn)歷是必不可少的職場(chǎng)敲門(mén)磚，一封用詞精準(zhǔn)、語(yǔ)法得當(dāng)、格式明朗的英語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)歷常?？梢宰屇愕木吐氈贰摆A在起跑線上”。以下十條是基本的規(guī)則，若能做到，你的英文簡(jiǎn)歷已經(jīng)比很多人規(guī)范美觀了。

標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)一律使用半角。

逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問(wèn)號(hào)和它們后面的字符之間必須留一個(gè)半角空格。

錯(cuò)誤：Hi,I‘m an entrepreneur.Can you make this app for me for free?Because,you know,I have this brilliant idea but I don’t know how to code.

逗號(hào)、句號(hào)、分號(hào)、冒號(hào)、感嘆號(hào)、問(wèn)號(hào)和它們前面的字符之間不可留任何空格。

對(duì)于電話區(qū)號(hào)應(yīng)用不同的符號(hào)區(qū)分。

對(duì)于有序列表，應(yīng)采用「阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字 + 英文句點(diǎn) + 半角空格」的方式。

括號(hào)弧線外要留空格，弧線內(nèi)不要。

但同一個(gè)單詞內(nèi)的括號(hào)例外：

用彎引號(hào)，不要用直引號(hào)。

正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號(hào)，en dash (–) 用來(lái)連接年份、時(shí)間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字符。

錯(cuò)誤：Glenn Gould (1932-1982) is probably my one and only hero - the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.

正確：Glenn Gould (1932–1982) is probably my one and only hero — the person who taught me to think differently well before Steve Jobs.

注意：

1.若寫(xiě)作時(shí)用兩個(gè) hyphen (--) 代替破折號(hào)，Word 等文書(shū)處理軟件會(huì)自動(dòng)將其轉(zhuǎn)為 em dash。有監(jiān)于 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫(xiě)作通用的替代法。

2. 破折號(hào)(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習(xí)慣之不同，無(wú)對(duì)錯(cuò)之分。惟請(qǐng)?jiān)谕环莺?jiǎn)歷中保持統(tǒng)一。
