例:advantages→ benefits/ merits/ upsides.

例:bring negative effects to→ affect sth. Negatively

例:not as easy as→ more difficult

Wearing school uniform will reduce the teasing and bullying among students.

→ The teasing and bullying among students will be reduced by this policy.

English, a global language, has largely facilitated people’s mutual communication.

→ English, recognized as a global language, has largely facilitated people’s mutual communication.

或 English, which is recognized as a global language, has largely facilitated people’s mutual communication.

-----加減there be 句式

例: Several computer programs can be used to solve the problem.

→ There are several computer programs that can be used to handle the problem.

People usually listen to music to release the stress.

→ In order to relieve the strain, people nowadays usually choose to listen to music.
