這家咖啡廳最早營業(yè)于1686年，那時候還是我們這邊的清朝初年。

The Café Procope, in rue de l'Ancienne Comédie, 6th arrondissement, is called the oldest café of Paris in continuous operation. It was opened in 1686 by a Sicilian chef and was a hub of the artistic and literary community in 18th and 19th century Paris. However, the original café closed in 1872 and did not reopen as a café until the 1920s, so the claim of "oldest café in continuous operation" is not entirely true.
位于第6區(qū)古梅街的普羅索普咖啡館被稱為巴黎持續(xù)經(jīng)營的最古老的咖啡館。1686年，西西里島的一位廚師開了這家咖啡館，在18~19世紀(jì)，這里成為巴黎藝術(shù)和文學(xué)社區(qū)的中心。然而，最初的咖啡館于1872年停業(yè)了，直到1920年代才重新開張，因此“持續(xù)經(jīng)營的最古老的咖啡館”并不完全正確。
