除了啤酒和肉,捷克人還酷愛(ài)面疙瘩,用英語(yǔ)講就是?dumplings。(對(duì),這個(gè)詞的意思不是餃子)
奶酪拌面疙瘩Halu?ky?就是一道常見(jiàn)的菜肴,布拉格的吃法是在里面加上火腿和新鮮香草。

Halu?ky, while?this dish is actually a traditional Slovakian one rather than Czech, it’s still eaten quite a lot here. It's called "dumplings", and it's kind of like small gnocchi. In Slovakia they’re usually topped with sheep's cheese, but in Prague you’ll be more likely to find it with ham and fresh herbs. It’s an ideal hearty dinner for cold winter nights, and you can find a great take on it at Mincovna.
