Now listen!

A: Good morning. Jolly Estate Agency. Can I help you?
B: Yes, I'm looking for a new flat for my family.
A: We have flats and houses everywhere in the city. Where would you like to live?
B: I want to live in the countryside. I'm now living in the city. It's very near the underground and it's very convenient. There're shops and restaurants near my flat. But the city is too noisy, there's also a lot of traffic. I want to move to a quiet place. I want to live in the countryside.
A: What kind of flat do you want?
B: I'd like a big flat with 3 bedrooms. I'm living in a 2-bedroom flat now. But my mother is coming to live with us. So, I'd like a 3-bedroom flat. I need a big kitchen because my mother likes cooking. One bathroom is OK. There is no balcony in my flat now, but I'd like my new flat to have a balcony.
A: Do you want to live on Green Island?
B: I'm now living on Green Island. No, not Green Island. Do you have flats in Deepwater Bay?
A: Yes, there's a lovely flat in Deepwater Bay Road. It's 95 square metres. There're 3 bedrooms, a sitting room, a bathroom a big kitchen and a balcony. It costs only 3,000 yuan a month. Come to my Estate Agency and look the photo and the plan.
B: That sounds nice. OK, I'll come later this afternoon to your office. Thank you for now, good-bye.
